Resilience Therapy Center is a mental health practice serving individuals, couples, adolescents, and families who are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional challenges.

Our approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. We believe therapy should honor the whole person — your story, your strengths, your culture, your relationships, and the future you are working toward.

We offer in-person therapy in Catonsville, MD and teletherapy throughout Maryland, helping clients access care in a way that feels comfortable, confidential, and realistic for their lives.
